Product Labels That Roll Straight Onto Your Line
You have seen a roll product label wrapped around a bottle, jar, box, or pouch, delivered the way production lines want it, on a roll. Instead of peeling labels off a sheet one by one, you get a continuous strip wound on a 3" core, so a person or a machine can apply them fast. Full color, laminated or bare, and printed in-house for the more than 150,000 businesses we serve. Roll product labels start at $322.98 for 100.
These labels are built to work as hard as your packaging. They print full color, so your logo, ingredients, barcode, and artwork all land in one pass, and they come off the roll ready to apply by hand or by machine. Want to see how they sit next to the rest of the range? Browse every option on labels printing, or stay here and build yours from the choices below.
The price rewards a bigger run. A set of 100 starts at $322.98, and the per-label cost keeps sliding as the count climbs to 25,000, so a full production run costs far less per label than a small test batch. What are roll product labels?
Roll product labels are custom labels printed in a continuous strip and wound onto a 3" core, rather than sold on cut sheets. At 4OVER4 they print full color in 102 sizes, on 5 materials from White Gloss to Clear BOPP, with optional gloss or matte lamination, all set in the live configurator.
Set your size, pick a material, choose whether to laminate, and the price updates live as you go. Because they print full color, your logo, ingredients, barcode, and artwork all land in one pass. If you would rather have your labels on flat sheets instead of a roll, the Standard Product Labels print the same artwork in a cut-sheet format.
What sizes and shapes can roll product labels be?
4OVER4 roll product labels come in 102 preset sizes, from a 1" x 1" square up to a 5" x 7" oval, and you can order a custom size up to 7" x 12". Corners can be left straight cut or rounded to a 1/8" radius. Both the size and the corner style are set in the configurator, and the price follows the size you pick.
The default is a 1" x 1" square, but the size list runs 102 deep, climbing to a 5" x 7" oval for a full front-of-package label. Squares, rectangles, ovals, and rounds are all in the menu, and if none fit your container you can set a custom size up to 7" x 12". Corners are your call too: leave them straight cut, or soften them with a 1/8" rounded corner that resists peeling at the edge. For a dedicated round die line, the Roll Round Labels start there, and the Custom Shaped Roll Labels cut to any outline you upload.
You do not need a design background to make a label look sharp. Start from a professionally built layout in our label design templates, then change the colors, copy, and logo in the online editor in minutes.

Wally rolls your labels off the press
Why $322.98 gets you 100 or 500 product labels, ready to apply.

A run of roll product labels starts at $322.98, and because the first two tiers share that price, 500 labels cost the same as 100. Pick from 5 materials, set any of 102 sizes, and choose gloss, matte, or bare. Wally winds them onto a 3 inch core so they load straight into an applicator or peel by hand.
What materials and finishes can you choose?
4OVER4 prints roll product labels on 5 materials: White Gloss for indoor use, White BOPP and Clear BOPP rated for indoor or outdoor use, Bright Shiny Silver Metallic Foil, and 70lb Eggshell Felt. You can add gloss or matte/silk lamination, or leave the label bare. Both the material and the lamination are selected in the configurator.
The material decides how the label looks and where it survives. White Gloss is the everyday indoor choice, bright and smooth. White BOPP and Clear BOPP are durable plastic films rated for indoor or outdoor use, so they hold up on a fridge, a cooler, or a bottle that gets wet, and Clear BOPP gives you that no-label look where the container shows through. Bright Shiny Silver Metallic Foil adds a reflective shine for a premium shelf, and 70lb Eggshell Felt brings a soft, textured, uncoated feel for a craft product. On top of the material you can add gloss lamination for a wet shine, matte or silk lamination for a soft low-glare finish, or skip lamination entirely. For a fully see-through label, the Roll Clear Labels focus on clear film.
How much do roll product labels cost?
Roll product labels start at $322.98 for 100 at 4OVER4. The price scales across 11 quantity tiers up to 25,000 labels, and the per-label cost drops from about $3.23 at 100 to roughly $0.07 at 25,000. Here is the part worth knowing: the first two tiers share that same $322.98 total, so 500 labels cost exactly what 100 do, dropping your per-label price from about $3.23 to roughly $0.65. From there the math keeps improving, with 2,000 labels at $396.66, 10,000 at $839.93, and a full 25,000 run at $1,758.48. Drag the slider below to set your count and watch both the total and the true per-label cost update live, and find the point where one more step up barely moves the budget.
How do roll labels work with applicators?
4OVER4 roll product labels ship wound on a 3" core, the standard size most label applicator machines accept. You choose the unwind position, meaning which edge of the label comes off the roll first, from 5 options including top of copy first and bottom of copy first. This lets you match the label feed to your applicator or hand-application setup.
If you apply labels by machine, the roll format is the whole point. Every order ships on a 3" core, the common size that fits most tabletop and inline applicators, so the roll drops right onto the spindle. You also set the unwind position, which controls which part of the label peels off first, so the label feeds in the exact orientation your machine or your hand needs. Not running a machine? Leave it on Not Important and peel them by hand straight off the roll.
How do roll product labels compare to the rest of the range?
Roll product labels are the workhorse of the label lineup, but they are not your only move. If you are weighing a die-cut shape, a clear film, or a round die line, it helps to see the trade-off in plain numbers. The chart below lines up roll product labels against their closest siblings so you can compare the starting price on each before you choose.
