What sizes and shapes can roll product labels be?

4OVER4 roll product labels come in 102 preset sizes, from a 1" x 1" square up to a 5" x 7" oval, and you can order a custom size up to 7" x 12". Corners can be left straight cut or rounded to a 1/8" radius. Both the size and the corner style are set in the configurator, and the price follows the size you pick.

The default is a 1" x 1" square, but the size list runs 102 deep, climbing to a 5" x 7" oval for a full front-of-package label. Squares, rectangles, ovals, and rounds are all in the menu, and if none fit your container you can set a custom size up to 7" x 12". Corners are your call too: leave them straight cut, or soften them with a 1/8" rounded corner that resists peeling at the edge. 4OVER4 prints roll product labels on 5 materials: White Gloss for indoor use, White BOPP and Clear BOPP rated for indoor or outdoor use, Bright Shiny Silver Metallic Foil, and 70lb Eggshell Felt. You can add gloss or matte/silk lamination, or leave the label bare. Both the material and the lamination are selected in the configurator.

The material decides how the label looks and where it survives. White Gloss is the everyday indoor choice, bright and smooth. White BOPP and Clear BOPP are durable plastic films rated for indoor or outdoor use, so they hold up on a fridge, a cooler, or a bottle that gets wet, and Clear BOPP gives you that no-label look where the container shows through. Bright Shiny Silver Metallic Foil adds a reflective shine for a premium shelf, and 70lb Eggshell Felt brings a soft, textured, uncoated feel for a craft product. On top of the material you can add gloss lamination for a wet shine, matte or silk lamination for a soft low-glare finish, or skip lamination entirely. You choose the unwind position, meaning which edge of the label comes off the roll first, from 5 options including top of copy first and bottom of copy first.
