Custom Shaped Roll Labels

Important Artwork Notice!
Custom Shaped Roll Label File Guidelines: Custom Shape File must be created as vector and saved as either an EPS or PDF. Custom Shape File must represent the cut line. Custom Shape File must be only in 100% black, either 0.5pt or 1pt thick. Thin lines and small shapes are not recommended for custom shaped roll labels. Bleed for the Custom Shaped Roll Labels must be 0.125" from the cut line on all sides. Choose the size that best fits your needs and upload the Front CMYK file as well as the Cut Shape File.
How to Pick the Right Size for Your Label: You must select the available size that fits both dimensions of your label. If your label is 2.75" X 3.5", the correct size to select is 4" x 4"; it's the smallest available size that will allow us to fit and cut your label to size comfortably, without losing design details, quality or surface space.

Put Your Real Outline on a Roll That's Ready to Apply
Trimmed to your artwork outline, a shaped roll label lets your logo or product mark keep its true edge instead of getting boxed into a rectangle. Because it arrives wound on a roll rather than stacked on a sheet, it peels and sticks fast by hand and feeds cleanly through an applicator when you scale up. Sealing a jar, wrapping a bottle, or marking a shipping case, it makes your brand read exactly the way you drew it. Shaped roll labels start at $300.05 for a roll of 250, rated 4.9 out of 5 across 109 reviews.
These labels are built for production, not guesswork. They print full color to your custom shape, wind on a standard 3" core, and offer a waterproof material for anything that lives outdoors. The price rewards a bigger run. A roll of 250 starts at $300.05, and the per-label cost keeps sliding as the count climbs, so a full production run costs far less per label than a small test batch. What Are Shaped Roll Labels?
Shaped roll labels are custom-cut adhesive labels delivered on a continuous roll rather than a sheet, printed full color in 6 square sizes from 1" x 1" up to 6" x 6", each trimmed to your custom shape. People reach for them to seal jars and pouches, wrap candles and bottles, tag products, and mark cases and cartons. Because they come rolled on a 3" core, they peel and stick fast by hand and feed straight into a label applicator for higher volume. If you want a fixed geometric outline instead of a fully custom one, the Roll Round Labels and Roll Oval Labels cover those shapes on the same roll format.
What Size Should a Shaped Roll Label Be?
The right size comes down to how the shape reads on the product. A 1" x 1" label is perfect for a small seal, a cap sticker, or a tamper mark. A 2" x 2" or 3" x 3" gives a jar, a pouch, or a candle room to show the outline. A 4" x 4", 5" x 5", or the full 6" x 6" reads as the product face, with space for the shape to command attention. All 6 sizes cut to your custom shape and the full material list are grouped below exactly the way the live configurator presents them, so you know what you can change before you change it. If your artwork suits a clean die-cut edge without a roll, the Die-Cut Labels are the sheet-and-single alternative.
Pick a material that fits where the label lives
White Gloss is the indoor standard, clean and bright for boxes, folders, and shelf products that stay dry. Reach for White BOPP when the label needs to survive moisture: it is a waterproof film rated for both indoor and outdoor use, so it holds up on a bottle in ice, a cooler, a wash-down, or a bin left outside. The default White Gloss keeps it simple and the price lowest, and either material takes your custom shape in full color.
Add a lamination when the label takes abuse
On top of either material you can add a laminate. A gloss coat brings shine and scuff resistance for a label that gets handled. A matte/silk coat reads soft and low-glare, which suits a premium or natural look. Skip the lamination entirely to keep the order lean. The choice sits right in the configurator and updates the price as you pick.
Set the unwind so labels feed the right way
Every roll winds on a standard 3" core, the size most applicators expect. If you run a machine, you choose whether the top, bottom, left, or right of your copy dispenses first, so labels feed into the applicator in the exact orientation the line needs. Applying by hand? Leave it on Not Important and just peel and stick.
How Much Do Shaped Roll Labels Cost?
Shaped roll labels start at $300.05 per roll of 250, and the per-label price keeps dropping as the quantity climbs toward 25,000, so a cheaper label really comes down to how big a run you order. The best-rated quantity here is 1,000, at $415.27, a common landing spot for a product launch. So how many do you actually need? Drag the slider below to set your count and watch both the roll total and the true per-label cost update live, and find the point where one more step up barely moves the budget.
Wally rolls your shape, ready to apply
Why 250 custom shaped labels arrive on a roll, not a messy sheet.

A roll of 250 shaped labels starts at $300.05, each cut to your outline and wound on a 3 inch core so they peel fast or feed straight into an applicator. Pick a square size, choose indoor gloss or waterproof BOPP, and Wally rolls them your way.
Can Shaped Roll Labels Go Outdoors?
Yes, if you choose the White BOPP material. BOPP is a waterproof film rated for both indoor and outdoor use, so it handles the moisture, cold, and wash-downs that would ruin a paper label. Use it for drink bottles, coolers, outdoor bins, and anything that meets water. For dry indoor products the standard White Gloss works fine and costs less. Add a gloss or matte/silk lamination on top of either material and the label picks up extra scuff resistance for a surface that gets touched a lot.
How Do Shaped Roll Labels Compare to the Rest of the Range?
Shaped roll labels are the pick when you want your true outline on a production-ready roll, but they are not your only move. If you are weighing a fixed round or oval shape, or a single die-cut label off a sheet, it helps to see the trade-off in plain numbers. The chart below lines up shaped roll labels against their closest siblings so you can compare the starting price on each before you choose.
