How is my order shipped?

The shipping method and carrier is dependent on the delivery location.We ship all orders via UPS or Messenger. UPS shipping methods available are: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air. If you are in the NYC vicinity, you can also choose one of our Messenger options: Messenger to Queens, Messenger to Brooklyn, or Messenger to Manhattan. We also offer Customer Pickup at our facility in Astoria, Queens Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. Furthermore, we also work with many freight carriers where we can send your order with freight anywhere in the US. This is a great option especially with larger orders where there can be great savings with trucking your order versus shipping with UPS Ground.
