What should I do if my order has finished production but hasn't shipped?
Answer
An order that has finished production but has not shipped yet is usually just sitting in the fulfillment queue, waiting to be picked up by the carrier. In most cases no action is needed on your part.
- Completed jobs move into a fulfillment and packing queue before they are handed to the carrier.
- Shipping typically happens shortly after production wraps up.
- You do not need to do anything for the order to move forward.
If the delay looks unusual or the deadline is approaching, contact support with your order number and they can check the status and get it moving.
