Can I change my shipping method after my order has shipped?

Once an order is on the truck, the shipping method is locked in and cannot be switched. Changes to method or address are only possible while the order is still open and before it is finalized for production.

• Before finalizing: you can freely change the shipping method or address.
• After it ships: the carrier controls the package and the service level is fixed.
• Need help anyway? Contact support with your order number and they will advise on what the carrier can still offer, such as an intercept or hold request.
