Can I change/edit a shipping address after placing an order?
Answer
If the order has not been finalized for production then yes. You can go into your account and edit the address and shipping method. If the order is already in production then you need to contact the support team as soon as possible to request the change.
- Have your order number and the new address or shipping method ready when you reach out.
- Changes are much easier before the order ships, so contact us early.
- A new destination can change the shipping cost, since rates are distance and weight based, and a farther address may add transit days to the estimated arrival.
- If you upgrade to a faster shipping method, support will confirm any cost difference before applying it.
- Verify the revised address and any adjusted charges on your invoice before the order ships.
