Can I change my shipping address after my order has been sent to print?

Even after your order is authorized and sent to print, an address change may still be possible. It depends on the production status, so contact support right away.
- Reach out to the support team immediately with the corrected address.
- The change may be accommodated depending on where the order is in production.
- Provide your order number so they can locate it quickly.
- Acting fast gives the best chance of updating before it ships.
Before the order is approved, you can change the shipping address yourself in your account. Support checks where the order stands and gives you the estimated completion date.
