If my free sample packet doesn't arrive, what should I do?

Sample packets ship by USPS mail, which usually arrives within about a week. If yours has not shown up in that window, support can send a replacement.

• Allow roughly a week, since standard mail moves slower than expedited carriers.
• Check the mailing address on file is correct.
• If it still has not arrived, contact support to report the missing packet.
• The team can send you a replacement sample packet.
