How do I update my shipping address or contact information for an order?
Answer
You can save new shipping and contact details in your account address book so they are ready before you order. Managing addresses there keeps future orders accurate.
- Open your account settings and go to the address book.
- Add a new address or edit an existing one with the correct contact information.
- Save the entry so it is available to select at checkout.
- If an order is already placed, you can update the address on that specific order from your account, as long as the order is not approved yet.
