What happens if I approve a proof but then want to make changes?

Timing is everything here. Once a proof is approved and sent to print, the order can no longer be changed, so any edits must happen before approval.

• Request all changes before you approve the proof.
• After approval and release to print, changes cannot be made.
• If you spot an error in an already-approved proof, contact support immediately in case the job has not yet entered production.

Treat approval as final, and give the proof a thorough read before signing off.
