Can I request changes to my order after I approve the proof?

Once a proof is approved, the order is locked and no further changes can be made, because approval releases the job to production. That is why the review step is so important.

• Review spelling, layout, images, and color carefully before approving.
• If you want to try alternatives, request new proofs with the revised artwork before you approve.
• After approval, a corrected version would require a new order.

Treat the proof as your last chance to change anything. If you are unsure, reject the proof and ask for a revision rather than approving.
