If your online proof shows artwork placed incorrectly, do not approve it. Rejecting the proof with clear notes routes the job to a file representative who can rebuild and repost it.

  • Reject the proof instead of approving, so the job stays out of production.
  • Add comments describing the placement error, such as content off-center, upside down, or on the wrong side.
  • A file representative reviews your notes and uploads a corrected proof.
  • Review again and only approve once the placement is right.
