Approving a proof is not always the point of no return. As long as the job has not started printing, corrections may still be possible.

• Act quickly, since the window closes once the press run begins.
• Contact support immediately with your order number and the exact changes needed.
• Try refreshing the site first to see whether editing options are still available on the order.
• Depending on production status, you may be able to re-upload files or adjust specifications.
• The team will attempt to stop the job and apply the corrections before printing.

The sooner you reach out, the better the odds the order can be paused in time. If it has already gone to print, corrections may require a reprint instead.
