Once you accept and approve the online proof, you can no longer modify or reject the order yourself, but it can still be changed if you contact support. Approval is the final commitment step.
- Review before approving: Confirm text, images, colors, and alignment are all correct while you still can.
- After approval: The file is committed to print, so the standard reject and modify options close.
- If you find an error: Contact support immediately, since acting fast is the only chance to catch it before printing.
Careful review at the proof stage is the best safeguard against an approval only support can change.
