Can I modify or reject my order after I've approved the online proof?

Once you accept and approve the online proof, the order is locked for production and generally cannot be modified or rejected. Approval is the final commitment step.

• Review before approving: Confirm text, images, colors, and alignment are all correct while you still can.
• After approval: The file is committed to print, so the standard reject and modify options close.
• If you find an error: Contact support immediately, since acting fast is the only chance to catch it before printing.

Careful review at the proof stage is the best safeguard against an approval you cannot undo.
