Your order is only charged and sent to print after you accept and approve the free online proof. Until you approve, nothing is billed and production does not begin. Here is the sequence:
- Place your order: configure the product, upload files, and check out.
- We post a free online proof: you review it in your account.
- You accept and approve: this authorizes the job.
- Charge and production: only at this point is the order charged and sent to print.
This means you always get a final look before any charge or printing happens.
