What do I need to do before my order can be sent to print?
Before an order can move into production, a few details must be confirmed so we know where the job is going and how it should ship. Make sure you have handled each of these:
- Authorize your shipping address: add and confirm the destination address on the order.
- Select a shipping method: choose how the order should get to you, including options like customer pickup or standard shipping.
- Accept your proof, if you chose one: review and accept the free online proof, then approve the order; accepting the proof alone leaves the job waiting. With Straight To Production there is no proof step, and the job goes to print after the file review.
Without a confirmed address and shipping method, the order cannot proceed to print. Once these are in place and the proof is approved, the job enters production.
Payment must also be authorized: approving the order may ask for your card security code, and the card is charged when the order is approved for production. If the proof approval or the payment is missing, the order stays on hold until it clears.
