What happens if my order has already been approved and sent to print and I find an error?

Once an order has been approved and sent to print, no changes can be made to that job. Production runs on the approved files and specs, which is why careful proof review matters so much. Here is what to know:

• Approved jobs are locked: content, size, stock, and finishing cannot be altered after printing begins.
• Review proofs before approving: check spelling, layout, colors, and file placement while there is still time to fix them.
• Errors mean a new order: if you find a mistake after printing, you would place a new corrected order.

If you catch the error immediately after approving, contact support right away in case the job has not yet reached the press.
