Question

What should I do if my order has a hold on it?

Answer

A hold means we need a signed approval before we can continue, usually because your job requires a hard copy proof. To clear the hold, work through these steps:

  • Receive the hard copy proof: we send you a physical proof to review.
  • Review it thoroughly: check color, content, and finishing against what you ordered.
  • Sign the approval form: your signature authorizes the job to print.
  • Photograph and email it back: take a clear picture of the signed form and email it to us.

As soon as we receive your signed approval, we remove the hold and you can authorize the order for production. Reach out to support if you did not receive the proof.
