What happens if I need to reprint an order?
Answer
A reprint reruns the same job with the exact same artwork. What you can change is limited, so it helps to know when a reprint applies and when you need a fresh order.
- The reprint function only works when your files stay exactly the same.
- You can adjust quantity or paper stock and still use reprint, as long as the artwork does not change.
- Changing your files or artwork does not qualify as a reprint. For new artwork, place a new order instead.
- To run an exact reorder, log into your account, open the order in your history, and select "reprint."
