"Awaiting technical review" means the team is checking your file against print specifications before it moves forward. While this status shows, no proof is available for approval yet.
- The team verifies resolution, bleed, color mode, and that fonts and images are print-ready.
- If anything needs attention, you are contacted by email before proceeding, so watch your inbox.
- Once the review is complete, the online proof becomes available in your account for approval.
- If the status does not update within a reasonable time, contact support or re-upload your files. You can also send the file directly to support if you suspect an upload issue.
Once the review clears, the order advances to proofing or production depending on the product.
