What happens if I need to cancel my order and submit a new one instead?

If it is cleaner to start over, you can cancel the current order and place a fresh one. Contact the support team to request the cancellation, and once they confirm it is cancelled you are free to submit a new order with your updated specifications.

- Wait for confirmation that the order is officially cancelled.
- Place the new order with the corrected files and specs.
