I just placed my order - is it possible to change the paper or finish?
Answer
If the order has not yet been authorized for production, you can edit its details from your account, including the paper type, finish, quantity, and shipping address. If you change the quantity, you will need to recalculate your shipping, since the weight and price may change.
If the order has already been authorized for production or is in production, contact our support team directly to see if the change is still possible. We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is finalized.
