Can I add more items to an order I've just placed?
Answer
No, more items cannot be added to an order once it has been placed. Each additional item needs its own new order, but we can coordinate shipping so related orders travel together when possible.
- Place a separate new order for any additional items.
- Contact us to request combined shipping on orders placed around the same time, and have both order numbers ready so the shipments can be linked.
- Our shipping department will review whether the orders can ship together; combining them reduces the total freight you pay.
- Placing the related orders close together improves the chance of consolidation.
- Separate orders also keep proofs and production schedules independent, so one job never holds up the other.
