Can I change the size or dimensions of an order I just placed?

Once an order is submitted you usually cannot edit the dimensions yourself, but our support team can often help depending on how far the job has moved.

• Contact 4OVER4 customer support with your order number and the size you actually need.
• If the job has not started, support may be able to adjust the specification directly; once a job is on press, size can no longer be changed, so the sooner you catch it the better.
• If it is further along, the cleaner route is to cancel and place a new order at the correct dimensions.
• Changing size can affect price and may require a re-uploaded file sized to the new dimensions; you see the revised total before approving.
• When a change is applied, a new free online proof is posted with your artwork laid out at the updated size, and you approve it before the job moves to production.
• Check that your design still has enough bleed and resolution for the new dimensions.
• A size change can reset your turnaround, so confirm the updated delivery timeline; changes remain subject to the production schedule and availability.
