Can I change my paper type or other specs after submitting an order?

Yes. As long as your job has not printed yet, 4OVER4 can usually update the paper type, weight, or finish on a submitted order.

• Contact support with your order number and the exact change you want, for example switching from 18pt to 16pt uncoated
• The team can hold production while the change is made, and may reject and repost your online proof
• Review the new proof and approve it before the job moves forward
• A price difference may apply if you upgrade to a heavier or premium stock, and support confirms the updated cost for your approval before the job continues

Reach out as early as possible, since changes are only possible before production begins. Once a job has printed, the paper selection is locked and cannot be changed.
