What should I do if my order details change after I've already paid?

If your specifications change after payment, for example switching from one-sided to two-sided printing, the order is updated and repriced. You are always told the new amount before anything is finalized.

• The order is updated to reflect the new specifications and the price is recalculated.
• If the price goes up, any pre-authorized payment is cancelled and those funds are returned.
• You are notified of the new amount before the adjusted order proceeds.
• You can then choose your preferred payment method to complete the updated order.
