How long do I have to cancel my order?
Answer
If your order has not been finalized for production, you can still edit or cancel it. There is no fixed time window; the cutoff is the moment the job enters production. Visit your recent orders page and use the drop-down menu on the far right side of the order to make edits or cancel.
Before production begins you can also adjust items or quantities the same way. Once the job is in production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible, so review your order and proofs promptly after placing it.
