How do I change the size of my print pieces?
Answer
You can change the size on an existing order as long as it has not been authorized for production. Contact support with your order number and the new dimensions, and the price is recalculated for the new size.
- Before production: support updates the size on your order and posts a new proof.
- Already printing: the size can no longer change, so place a new order at the size you need.
- Upload matching files: supply artwork built for the new size specifications.
- Check the proof: confirm the layout before approving.
