How do I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been finalized for production, you can cancel it at any time.
- Cancellation stays open until the job moves into production.
- Check your order status before you request the cancellation.
- Once a job is finalized for production, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Contact support if you need help confirming where your order stands.
