Why is my proof showing without bleed, even after uploading a new file?

When a proof looks wrong right after an upload, it is usually still processing rather than broken. Proofs need a moment to regenerate before they display correctly.
- Wait for the status to change to "Free Online Proofs Available" before judging the proof.
- Allow time for a file representative to regenerate and post the updated proof after a new file goes in.
- Refresh the order page once the status updates to see the latest version.
If the proof still shows without bleed after it has fully processed, contact support with your order number so a specialist can look into it.
