Yes. If an order was pulled from production for a file issue, you can still upload updated artwork before it goes to print. Swapping the file simply restarts the proof step.
- Log into your account and open the affected order.
- Upload the new file to the order to replace the previous artwork.
- A free online proof is generated from the new file.
- You will receive that proof by email to review and approve before printing.
