What should I do if I don't receive the file upload instructions email for my order?

Missing the upload instructions email does not hold up your job. You have a couple of ways to get your artwork to us.
- Sign in to your account and use the Upload button on the order to add files directly.
- Or email the files to our support team with your order number in the subject line.
- If a designer is handling your artwork, they can email the files to us on your behalf.
Check your spam or promotions folder as well, since the instructions email sometimes lands there.
