When will I receive tracking information for my order?

Tracking is sent to you the moment your order ships, not while it is still in production.

• If the order is still being produced, tracking has not been created yet.
• The tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as the shipping label is generated and the job leaves the facility; the email typically includes the carrier name and the number.
• Enter the number on the carrier's website to follow the package and see its delivery estimate.
• Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's first scan; until then the status may briefly read "Unable to Track Shipment".
• If the email never arrives after your order ships, check your spam folder and then contact support with your order number.
• Contact support to check the production status if you are unsure where your order stands.
