Can I track my order on your website?
Answer
Yes. By clicking on "My Orders" and signing into your account, you can check what stage of production your job is in. You will also be emailed updates as your order moves through each stage of production. Furthermore, when your order has been completed, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track the UPS shipping of your order.
- Keep your order number handy; it is the key to pulling up your shipment.
- If tracking has not updated for a while, contact our support team with your order number and they can provide your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
