Why am I only seeing pickup as a shipping option?
Answer
If pickup is the only option you see at checkout, it usually means a shipping address has not been saved to your order yet.
- Add and save a complete shipping address in the checkout screen.
- Once the address is saved, UPS and other shipping methods unlock automatically.
- Double-check that the street, city, state, and zip fields are all filled in.
- If methods still do not appear, contact support and we can add them for you.
