Why is customer pickup the only shipping option showing for my order?
Answer
When pickup is the only choice on screen, it usually means no shipping address has been saved yet, so the system has nowhere to calculate rates to.
- Add and save a shipping address in your account.
- Once saved, standard shipping methods appear at checkout.
- Confirm the address is complete, including ZIP code.
- Refresh checkout after saving if the methods do not update.
