When will my order be ready to ship based on its turnaround time?
Answer
Your ship date is driven by two things: the turnaround you selected and the date your order is approved. Production days count forward from approval, not from when you first added the item to your cart.
- Formula: approval date plus the number of business-day turnaround equals the ship date.
- Example: a 3-day turnaround approved on a given date ships 3 business days later.
- Business days only: weekends and holidays are not counted in the turnaround.
