Can I add another item to an existing order to ship together?
Answer
You can have two orders arrive together when they have the same turnaround time and fit in the same box, but it is worth understanding the trade-off first.
- Place the additional item as a separate order, then request combo shipping to have both go out together
- Combo shipping holds the first item until the second one finishes production
- If you need the first item sooner, ship the two orders separately instead
- Combining into one shipment can reduce total shipping cost

A product cannot be added to an order that is already placed, and each order keeps its own proof and approval, so review each one before it prints.
