Does your turnaround time include shipping?
Answer
No. Our turnaround time is measured as the time needed for us to complete your job and have it ready for pickup or for handoff to a courier or UPS. It starts when you give us your approval to print along with payment information, and it is usually counted in business days.
- Turnaround covers production only: printing and finishing your job. The completion date is when production is done and the order is ready to ship, not the day it arrives at your door.
- Shipping and transit times are separate and added after the job ships, and even same-day or next-day turnaround still needs transit time on top.
- Your true in-hand date is turnaround plus the transit time of your chosen shipping method, so a 3-day turnaround with UPS Ground totals more than 3 business days. Faster shipping methods shorten the gap between completion and delivery.
