How are rolled or folded items shipped?
Answer
How an item travels depends on the carrier and the product. Items sent by UPS or a standard carrier are folded and packed flat in a box, which protects them well for transit.
- UPS or standard carrier: items are folded and boxed for shipping.
- Rolled delivery: shipping items rolled rather than folded may be possible through messenger or local pickup service.
- Rolled handling has to be arranged separately, since it is not a default option at checkout.
If a flat or rolled finish matters for your product, contact support with the item and your delivery location so they can confirm what is possible before you order.
