How do I request a free sample pack?

The free sample kit holds 50 printed finish samples in business-card size, and no credit card is needed.

• Head to our Free Samples page and fill in the form; sending it creates your account.
• Add the free sample pack to your request.
• Enter your shipping details so we know where to send it; samples can even be split across several addresses, handy when a client and a designer both want to feel the stock.
• Submit, and the kit ships free by USPS to US addresses. Most kits arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

The kit gathers paper stocks and finishes from the Digital and Offset product lines, such as soft touch, silk laminate, linen, metallic pearlescent, foil and 3D lenticular, so you can check paper weight, print color and sharpness by hand. Large Format products and some specialty items like painted edge business cards are not in it, and every kit holds the same samples. For a stock or product that is not in the kit, contact support. If the online form gives you trouble, email support with your full mailing address and they will send the kit for you. If a kit does not arrive, support sends a replacement, and you can ask support for a second kit.

The samples span standard, premium and luxe options, printed with real ink on production stock, so the kit also works as a reference when you build future orders.
