Question

What is a proof and how do I approve or reject it?

Answer

A proof is a preview of your design before printing, and it is your chance to catch any issue while it is still easy to fix. You approve it when it is right or send corrections when it is not.

  • Log in, go to My Account, and click your order number to view the proof when you receive the notification.
  • Review it for accuracy in layout, text, color, and sizing.
  • If everything looks correct, click Approve to release the job to production.
  • If something is wrong, click Reject Proofs and enter your feedback in the comments so a technician can review it and upload a new proof. You can also resubmit corrected PDF files.

Proofs may auto approve after a set time, so if you need a change, contact support immediately with your updated files rather than waiting. Once the job is printed, changes cannot be made.
