Can I approve a proof if I accidentally click the approval button?

If you approved by mistake, act fast. Changes may still be possible as long as the job has not gone to press.

• Contact support immediately with your order number.
• Designs can sometimes be revised if the issue is caught before the order goes to print.
• The sooner you report it, the better your chance of making changes.
• Keep your order number handy to speed up the correction.

On the proof page you can also use Reject Proofs and add your notes in the comments; a technician processes the change and sends a new proof link. Once the job enters production, the files cannot change, and changes after approval go through support.
