What happens to my order if I need to correct a file after it's been approved?
Answer
If you catch an error in an already approved proof, you may still be able to fix it, as long as the order has not gone to print yet. Speed is the key factor.
- Reject before print: If the job has not started, reject the proofs to reopen the file for changes.
- Upload the fix: Submit your corrected files and the review team processes them again.
- New proof: A fresh proof is posted for you to approve before anything prints.
If the order has already been sent to print, changes may no longer be possible, so contact support the moment you notice an issue.
