What happens if I need to cancel part of my order after proofs are approved?
Answer
You can cancel the printing portion of an order after proof approval, even if a hard copy proof was already produced. You are only charged for what has actually been made.
- The printing portion can be canceled after approval.
- You are billed only for the hard copy proof (HC proof) that was already produced.
- Your invoice is adjusted to reflect the new charge and an updated bill is sent.
Contact support with your order number to start the partial cancellation and confirm the revised total.
