What happens if I need to cancel part of my order after proofs are approved?

You can cancel the printing portion of an order after proof approval, even if a hard copy proof was already produced. You are only charged for what has actually been made.

• The printing portion can be canceled after approval.
• You are billed only for the hard copy proof (HC proof) that was already produced.
• Your invoice is adjusted to reflect the new charge and an updated bill is sent.
