Answer
Once your order is created in the system after checkout, the proof cycle begins, and your card is not charged until you authorize production.
- We review your order and prepare digital proofs
- You receive an email notification when the proofs are ready
- You view the proofs in your account
- After reviewing and approving, you authorize the order for production
- Your credit card is charged only after you authorize production
