Rejecting a proof pauses your order so nothing prints until the problem is resolved. It is a safe checkpoint, not a cancellation.
- A file representative reviews the comments you left when you rejected the proof.
- Your artwork or setup is corrected based on those notes.
- A new proof is posted to your account for review.
- You receive a notification when the revised proof is ready.
Your job only releases to print after you approve a proof, so you can reject and re-review as many times as it takes to get it right.
