How do I view my online proof if I don't receive an email?

You do not need the email to see your proof. The notification is a convenience, but the proof is always waiting inside your account.

• Log into your 4OVER4 account.
• Open My Account and find the order.
• Click the order number to open and review the proof.

If you still cannot locate it, check that you are signed in with the same email used to place the order, and look in your spam or promotions folder for the notification. If the proof is not visible on your order, contact support with your order number and the team can confirm its status or resend it.
