How do I delete an old proof file and replace it with a new version?
Answer
You can swap in a new version of your file yourself as long as the order has not been approved for production. If it has already moved forward, support can handle the swap for you.
- Sign in to your account and open the order.
- Upload the new version of your file to replace the old one.
- If you cannot replace it yourself, contact support with your order number and the corrected file.
Either way, a fresh proof is posted from the updated file so you can review it before the job prints.
