How do I change or update a file after I've submitted a proof for my order?
Answer
If you need to change your file after seeing the proof, you do not have to start over. Rejecting the proof reopens the order so you can upload a corrected file.
- Open the order and reject the current proof.
- Upload your new or corrected file.
- An updated proof of the new file is posted shortly after.
- Review and approve the updated proof to continue.
You can repeat this cycle as needed, so take the time to get the file right before you approve.
